•Allmemorymodulesareseatedcorrectlyand
securely.
•Thesystemfirmwareisup-to-date.
2.Reinstallthememorymodules.
3.Replacethesuspectmemorymodules.
4.(Trainedservicetechnicianonly)Replacethesystem
board.
Keyboard,mouse,andUSBdeviceproblems

•TheUSBkeyboardcableissecurelyconnected
toaUSBconnectorontheserver.IftheUSB
keyboardisconnectedtoaUSBhub,disconnect
thekeyboardfromthehubandconnectitdirectly
totheserver.
•Nokeysarestuck.
•TheUSBcontrollerisenabledintheSetupUtility

3.Replacethekeyboard.
Themouseorpointingdevicedoesnotwork.1.Ensurethat:
•Themouseorpointingdevicecableissecurely
connectedtotheserver.IftheUSBmouseor
pointingdeviceisconnectedtoaUSBhub,
disconnectthemouseorpointingdevicefromthe
hubandconnectitdirectlytotheserver.
•Themouseorpointingdeviceiscleanandnodust
accumulates.
