recoverymedia,youcantroubleshootandﬁxtheproblemsonyourcomputerevenifyoucannotstartthe

Windows8orWindows8.1operatingsystem.Itisrecommendedthatyoucreaterecoverymediaasearlyas

Refreshingyourcomputer

Ifyourcomputerdoesnotperformwellandtheproblemmightbecausedbyarecentlyinstalledprogram,

youcanrefreshyourcomputerwithoutlosingyourpersonalﬁlesorchangingyoursettings.
